It is been more
than 13 years that The International Community, and The IGAD Frontline States were
searching but in vain to find a lasting peaceful solution for the Somalia disastrous
situation.
It seems that
no matter their continues efforts to find a solution for the worsening Somali situation
that The International Community is missled by baseless motivations regarding the real
problem in Somalia from individuals and Organizations that have been benefiting from the
worsening situation in Somalia , which if not found on time will lead to more
catasthrophic Somalia from the day the Siyad Barre Regime was ousted, and at the end of
the day will see the repetition of another Rwanda like Genocide committed against unarmed
populations in the Southern part of Somalia generally, and particularly The Digil
Population.
As its been
repeated several times by The United Nations Security Council, and by many other Human
Rights Observers there are reports that Slow Genocides have been committed by The Warlords
and their Criminal Militiamen which has a very clear objectives to lastly conduct smooth
Ethnical cleansing that if not stopped now by The Digil Population will signal the
begining of the End of their existance.
President Musoveni of Uganda
has expressed his Governments concern & view regarding The Genocides committed in Somalia
by The Warlords which he called "Slow Genocide" but regrettably never mentioned
who were the Victims, the same observation was made by several Human Rights observers that
have visited Somalia during these problematic times.
The Security
Council has issued confirmations that Warlords are keeping Hostage Somalia and its
population, in reality it is not the Whole Somalia population Hostage but only the unarmed
and invaded Digil population that are paying the price unfortunately.
Credible
records indicate that more than 250,000 Digil population have been massacred by their
invaders and it will be proved infront of the Competent Authorities in the right time at
the right place, plus ten of thousands of Digil Women have been raped or Genitally
mutulated mostly young teenage females and Elderly Women.
To Bold &
underline the reason for the prolonged sufferings in Somalia needs to understand that
there is not a Civil War as it is identified by many not wel informed reporters, but it is
An Armed Invasion by The heavely armed Nomadics from the Central Regions of Somalia to the
Land and population of The Digil Community which inhabits along the Two main Somalia
Rivers ( Jubba & Shabelle ).
The reality
in Somalia is that neither The Hawiye Clans nor The Darods are being invaded by other
Somali Clans, they are free in their Regions, trading illigally with the external World,
plus they are occupying by force The Digil Land colonizing them at gun point at this time
in this 21st Century under The International Community's Eyewitness.
It is really
shame and unhuman to some Countries who are trading with The Somali Warlords and their
Business Partners that are Exporting all The Country's Economical Resources, and its
Environment infrustructers like The Wild Life including Human Parts.
It is time
for those Countries to stop trading with Somalia products in order to save what is
saveable in that Country, and in order to avoid being held accountable the day when The
Victims will be capable to forward Civil & Criminal Suite against all those that have
directly or indirectly benefited from the Blood of these defenceless population.
Now, after a
long studying period, we would like to make it clear that there will not be estabished
Peace in Somalia until The Digil Population frees itself from the occupations, only after
a complete achievement of Freedom of the Digil population Somalia problem may have a
solution.
